Equine
Assisted Coaching / Equine Guided Education
/ Equine Assisted Learning – What
are they?
Equine-Assisted Coaching (EAC) uses experiential learning
working with horses to create metaphoric situations
that mirror real life. The approach incorporates coaching
principles and presupposition, giving the participant
the opportunity to address issues/challenges, problem-solve
and be creative. Most activities are done working
on the ground which allows equine-assisted coaching
to be available to everybody.
Equine-assisted education and learning embrace the
principles of EAC in development settings such as
corporate training in teamwork and leadership.
